This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a passion for working with children or if you are interested in learning & applying ABA (applied behavior analysis) skills to help those challenged with autism and related disabilities as we will train and support you.

Our ABS Clinicians are trained and qualified to implement individualized educational and behavioral programs designed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts including: direct 1:1 therapy service, development of new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, and effective response to difficult or disruptive behaviors. Our Registered Behavior Technicians create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual, collect data on programming targets, and provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers.

Your background

  • Associate’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Psychology, Child development, Education, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive between various locations for direct service implementation.
  • At least one year of experience working with children and adults diagnosed with autism-related disorders or related developmental disorders.
  • Fluency in Spanish

Physical requirements:

  • Flexibility to adapt to clients’ needs
  • Ability to stand, sit or kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs depending on the advised program or situation.

Schedule :

  • Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
