The position will involve direct one-on-one program implementation to ensure clinicians have effectively implemented programs and recommendations for new programs as programs are mastered out. The Assistant Program Manger/Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the caseload and clinicians assigned. Mentoring staff and contributing to the development and growth or our clinicians.
Qualifications and Skills
* A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
* Board certification (BCaBA or BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
* Licensee as LBA from the Virginia Board of Medicine.
* Experience with children on the autism spectrum * One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
