We are looking for a motivated self-starter with at least two years experience working as an ABA therapist implementing behavior plans with significant knowledge of VB-MAPP, Verbal Behavior, Social Skills Training, Graphing and the ability to apply behavioral principles in all interactions with clients. This position would be ideal for current ABA therapist who has recently acquired their BCBA and is interested in moving into a supervisory role.
The position will involve direct one-on-one program implementation to ensure clinicians have effectively implemented programs and recommendations for new programs as programs are mastered out. The Assistant Program Manger/Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the caseload and clinicians assigned.
Candidates must have: * A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. * Board certification (BCaBA or BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. * Licensee as LBA from the Virginia Board of Medicine. * Experience with children on the autism spectrum * One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
